Default Woot! (Got new WATP!)

Went grocery shopping tonight, and they had the Walk Slim 1,2,3 miles! So I got it. Just want to know if anyone has it, does it use the stretchie band? I hope it does. I thought it would come with one. Also, it came with a 6 month trial to her walking club. Wonder if its any good. Anyhow, so excited to try it tommorow. I didn't work out today.....blah! Just wasn't motivated to! But now I have more stuff to rotate so I am exctied!!!! Watch me go!!!!!

I LOVE Walk Slim! The 3 mile is my absolute FAVORITE!!! No stretchie, though. The 1/2 mile has intervals of what she calls "Boosted walking", which is really jogging. The 3 mile is just a fast 3 miles. There is also a separate DVD with 4 miles with boosted walking and one called Fast Firming, which uses the stretchie. I just ordered a new one for the Walk Slim series called Fast & Firm: 4 Really BIG miles, which is supposed to use a booster (not sure which one), do intervals AND do firming. Can't wait to get it!

I've been a member of Leslie Sansone's site for several years and just LOVE it! It's mostly the community of walkers and the support we give each other, but you also get a member discount on purchases in the store (15%) and she has online video streaming workouts, too. I hope you enjoy it!

Let us know what you think of Walk Slim after you try it!

Gosh, I have to stop reading posts about WATP. I want the Fast and Frim one now too. I ordered Walk and Jog and Walk and Kick though so I should be good for a couple months.

I bet you'll enjoy it. I would do it 3 times a day if I could.

Dang it. I really hoped it used her stretchie band. But I guess this gives me the one to use when I'm not doing weights. So I probably won't be doing it till tomorrow. Cuz today is the day I need to use weights since I missed yesterday! :P No motivation at all yesterday. But that's okay! I will let you know how it goes once I do it!!! Thanks for the motivation!!!
