I went to visit my sister for a week in June and introduced her to 3FC and fitday. Just the other day, she set up her fitday account and plugged in all her foods. She thought she was eating pretty healthy and was shocked that she had eaten almost 3000 calories that day! The next day was 2500, the next was about 2000 and she's trying to stay around 1800 and has already lost 4 pounds. She was amazed at how aware she has become of what she is eating and how much. She's been talking of her calories as if it is money and makes decisions based on what she wants to spend her calories on and if it is a bargain or a waste of her money!
