Default A Technical Question

So I just lost my first 10%. Is the next 10% based on my current weight or my starting weight? Basically, is the next 10% going to be 29.2 or 26.2?

It's probably a stupid thing to spend my time obsessing over, but its 110 degrees outside and I've got nothing else to do.

I've wondered the same thing too, so good question! I'll defer to the experts, but my guess is 10% of your original weight.

I'm in southern CA and it's hot here too! I'm DREADING my electric bill this month -- seems like the air has been on non-stop for weeks. Hang in there and stay cool!

It's 10 percent of your current weight...I know this for sure. The idea is that it takes about the same amount of consistent effort in terms of time to lose 10% at any given weight. Speaking generally, a 250 pound person can lose 25 pounds in about the same amount of time that a 150 pound person can lose 15.

I guess you can look at it both ways. When you're looking at your NEXT 10%, it is from where you are now.

But when you look back at what you've lost, look from the very beginning -- I've lost 40% of my original weight!
