Default Another newbie!
I'm new to this group. I joined weight watchers last week and just looking for multiple ways to stay motivated! so far so good.

I see you're up in Phoenix. I'll be there tomorrow for 4th of July with the family. I consider AZ the workout-in-the-airconditioning state; 117 degrees in Phoenix tomorrow! Glad to see a fellow Arizonan on the forums.
