Hello everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself. I am Elizabeth and live in Norther CA. I am a SAHM of four children ages 12, 7, 6 and 4. I need to lose about 40 pounds and I am now ready to DO IT! I look forward to meeting others who share the same goals and challenges.

Where in Northern CA do you live? My dad used to live in Santa Rosa and Guerneville. Such a beautiful part of the country! He now lives in Palm Springs, which is also beautiful, but about as different as you can get!
I can't imagine the challenge of having 4 human children! We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and that alone leaves me feeling nutty most days. I hope you find a great home here and perhaps a little escape to give yourself some much-needed Elizabeth time!
