Day 1 and I need help please!!
I started today and very nervous that I'm going to screw up. I'm a past WW person and know the diet like the back of my hand, hence the lack of weight loss. So with PCOS and Insulin Resistance this is the best choice for me. OK here's my queston....I'm only past breakfast and want to make a salad for lunch. I bought a jar of Italian Antipasto by Mezzetta and want to know if I can have this on phase 1. It is Green Olives, Pepperocini, Red Peppers and Garlic with herbs & Napa Valley Chardonnay. Per serving it's only 25 calories, 2 gms of Fat, 0gms Saturated Fat, 1 gm Total Carb and 0 grams of sugar and 0 grams of fiber. It does contain Canola Oil. I'm starving and would love someone's help here. I want to make lunch. Also, do you have to have a serving of beans everyday? I'm not a beans fan at all and don't know how I'd incorporate it into my diet.
