Hey chicks,

Oh how I've fallen, and I haven't been able to pick myself up. I did a complete turn around right back into my old self. If I don't stop now, I will be back where I started and worse. Disappearing from the boards certainly didn't help. This place is so much more than a message board. YOU ARE MY SUPPORT SYSTEM. Without this place, I see where I am now... Not eating right, not exercising. So no more hiatuses from here. I know if I visit and post here, I will be able to get it together. You guys rock, and I am glad to be back.

Tiffany, I'm really glad to see you back here. I too was wondering how you're doing. This time though young lady - I want you to STAY back. You are a VALUED member of this team. And I know that YOU can and will benefit from being here.

It's time to start anew. We're at the 1/2 way point of the year. Just think where you can be when New Year's rolls around if you stick with your healthy lifestyle. Ahhh..... the possibilities. You can do this Tiffany. You really, really CAN.

Welcome back! I am a fellow hiatus taker, and you are so right. We shouldn't ever do it. I think it's just a way to hide what we're doing to ourselves from others, but we're hiding it from the people who can help us the most from backsliding. So glad to see you back!
