Smile Newbie! That's me!
I have been on LAWL for just over 9 weeks now, and I have been very unsuccessful in finding support outside of the actual centre.

Was I ever happy when I saw this site! I was looking for a recipe that was LAWL friendly....and here I am now!

I looked through some of the things posted on here, and I know this is going to be a site that I visit frequently, so thanks for having a forum like this 3FCs!
