Okay I will be brave and start.

The first 15 days of June I lost 8 pounds... but then the rest of the month went up 3 and battled those same three pounds so ended up with a 7 pound loss! BUT I think it is because I was working out SO much and undoubtedly building muscle even though I HATE it when someone says that as I need to lose WEIGHT too.

But I can REALLY tell a difference in my clothes.
