My name is Debbie I live in San Diego and I weigh more than Ive ever weighed in my life and need to lose 80+ lbs Im so happy I have found this place cause I really need some support

thanks everyone Im just so discouraged I started to walk and eat right and a 2 week cleanse about 1 week and 4 days ago the 1st week i actually gained a pound and I just weighed myself and only lost 0.5 lb why isnt this weight coming off I hate this feeling I just want to cry

Hey Debbie, don't feel sad. What's probably happening is that your body, not used to the healthy food and exercise, is transforming your body mass from fat to muscle. Muscle tissue weighs more than fat tissue, so some times you shouldn't go by what the scale says. Instead, try on a tight shirt or pants, and you'll see that they fit a little bit looser!
