Default Hi, I'm new here

hi,

My name is Laura, I'm 19 years old and really want to lose weight and get to my target weight.

I decided to join this forum because it looks like people are friendly and I think it will help me keep motivated to keep going.

Are there anys ections of this forum that have recipes?

I'm on a calerie counting diet, some people don't recommend it but I think as long as you take a lower amount then 1500 caleries a day and do exercise, it should burn fat.

Anyway, I'm going to have a nose round the forum.

Hi Rusty Laura !

Almost all the different diet sections of this forum have recipe boards. If you are looking for something particular, try a forum wide wearch using a few keywords.

There is a subforum just for Calorie Counters. It's a very active and chatty group. Why don't you think it's a good idea? knowing what you are eating is always a good basis for starting! Another forum with lots of recipes is the Whole Foods forum.

Take a look around and find yourself a 3FC home!

i have the same goal Rusty
well, my name is Berry; I work in a prestigious hotel as a cook. Since 2 years I’m working there. I have noticed that I’m putting on weight. I have to work till late at night so as a result I do not pay attention to what I’m eating; I just munch anything. Due to work load I cannot have a proper diet, sometimes for lunch I just eat some pastry….at night burger…I prefer things that are easy and quick to eat. I think this wrong eating habit of mine is causing the increasing weight. Do you know any solution for this? Are there any medicines that can help me to control the fats that are collecting in my body?

Hello Berry and welcome to the community. I have a very interesting solution for you; I have come to know about a very efficient medicine which can help you to control your fat…..& cholesterol. It is called Bezalip, it is basically used as an addition to the diet. Check out about it. I think this will be of great help to you since you have a busy schedule.
