This site is amazing. I just joined earlier today and was really digging all the recipes I saw and just had to introduce myself to everyone. I started the Fat Smash Diet last monday and I gotta tell ya this detox thing is so stinkin hard lol. I don't know if you guys have had these, but I've had dreams about going to checkers and taco bell. Is that normal or just weird lol?
I originally started on a diet about a year ago and just cutting down my fat intake and not paying attention to all the other things like sodium or sugar. I was at 280 when I started on that and now im at 232 and i'm really excited and hope this diet works. I'm excercising alot to. I go to the gym about 4 nights a week and run 2 miles every night on top of light weight training. If anyone has any tips or pointers for ANYTING about this diet I'de love some. Yall take it easy
