Default W.O.W.'s Fourth of July Week SEVEN Chat Thread!

Well here we go, one more week (and a half?) to go! How are we all doing?

Obviously, I'm still not right. LOL....Another new begining, another new start. TODAY. I start my vacation TODAY, July will start soon, a NEW start. Plus I've got DH home with me so we are doing it together. I weighed in this morning at 237.5 (yes need to change the ol ticker) and I'm going to full-on gung-ho this thing these two weeks. In fact if I get off this computer I'm going to the gym. FOR SURE. I'll be back this afternoon to prove it.

Who's still with me!? Last week we didn't even get beyond PAGE ONE! LOL. I promise to pick up the posting this week, esp since we're on vacay, not going anywhere special. xoxoxo Michelle

Talking Goal!

Hi everyone!

This morning I weighed myself and I hit my goal exactly! YAY! Like Michelle I'm off to the gym and will be late if I don't leave now. Can't leave my workout partner hangin'! I'll update my ticker when I get back.

Back from the gym and have a little bit of time before I have to head to work. THis week I am going to try to hit the gym mon-fri. I'm so glad I found someone to go to the gym with, it's great motivation for me not to sleep in and skip my workouts.

Weed for today

E-exercise already accomplished!
E-no late night snacking after work

Hi all! I did go to the gym today! 90 minutes-totally grueling but felt really good. I did 35 minutes on the elliptical, jumped over did upper body, abs, then 15 minutes on treadmill, hill, then 15 minutes cross-trainer. I may have overdone it a little but I needed to kick my own butt to get it started back up. Eating wise, had Fiber One cereal for breakfast with some rasberries, lunch was turkey sandwich on whole wheat, baby carrots and an apple. Lots of water.....DH is outside starting the grill for chicken breasts and veggies. Snack will be a Kashi smoothie with blueberries. If I feel the need for a snack, looks like dinner might be later, 7 or so.

Kids are making me crazy. Gotta head off. xoxooxox Michelle

i really need to exercise. i had to go bra shopping. i went up a cup size. i hate shopping for bras. i was doin real good yesterday considering DH and i had a HUGE fight. made ourselves sick all day yesterday tryin to get thru it. but we got thru it and then we both overate. i gotta do better than that today. don't know what i'm havin but i hope it's good LOL

I have found the perfect way to maintain (oh wait I have been maintaining for the last 5 months?) Anyway Now that I have my meals and calories at a good level of maintenance I need to get back to the gym (to burn calories since I am eating between 1250 and 1350 cals). I am even considering doing pilates in the AM before work, but pilates at 2am doesnt sound too appealing. I have some more free time in the evenings since Makie is doing swim lessons on Sundays only this summer. I just have to get back into the groove of working out. I am going to TRY to get in tonight after DH gets home from work. My original plan was to get up early today and go BUT Tommy wasn't feeling well last night. and was up crying every 15-30 minutes. I am going to wait until I see how he is today before I call the doctor.

Makie Turns 4 on Saturday. We are having a Pizza party with salad and all the fixins, Cake and Ice cream (slow churned half calroies and fat!) The Theme is pirates of the Caribean, we are going to play pin the flag on the pirate ship, hunt for treasure, AND Walk the PLANK! This is going to be the funnest party we ever had!!! (I think I am more excited than Makie!) I should have invited the kids from her daycare, well a couple of them but I don't think I am ready for that yet.) We are taking ice cream cups to daycare and juice pouches and fruit snacks to short sports. all though the coach thought we were bringing cupcakes, but we are going to be caked out.

Hi all! I've been missing this site. Kids are home for summer, my 3 plus I babysit 4. So you can imagine how hectic it is.
The scale said 133.5 today! Yeah!!!!!!
My Weed:
W: drink at least a bottle, which is easy in this hot weather
E: try to exercise, does housework count?
E: track points
D: stay sane

I'm here! How's everyone? This week's WI was a surprise, down .6. It's a surprise because I ate HORRIBLY all last week and was expecting a gain. I think TOM is on his way and that might have something to do with my cravings. Stocking up on low point foods and diet coke for the next week or so. Summer courses start tomorrow. Pretty sure that I'm not going to make my goal for July 4th but if I can get halfway there, I'll be fine.

how is everyone? A week until this challenge is over, I haven't been posting as much as I would like, but I really do come here everyday to check on everyone. So are we having a labor day challenge (or any other challenge?)


DH has decided to really focus on his eating. He has a bet with a lady he works with who ever loses 20 pounds(him) 15 (her) first wins. The prize is to be determined, either $20 or a night out to dinner. (okay that sounded really weird, NO my husband is NOT dating someone else.) He already works out everyday but now with the potential for $20 or dinner he is really going to work at it.

Anyhow I gotta run, Have a Happy Healthy Day!

Scale didn't move from yesterday to today, gotta do something about that!!
W: drink at least a bottle, more if possible. No iced tea.
E: Eat only my points... no snacks unless points are used.
E: clean, use pedometer
D: stay sane!

One week until this is over??? Oh boy. I guess I won't reach my goal. But it was a great effort!

Just got back from the gym. I've been four times this week, which is a great accomplishment for me.

Hi! ugh I got called into work today (well for tonight, 4pm-4 am) I just cant do it. If it was day shift, no problem, but nights I cant do this weekend. I feel bad for saying no, but Its just not a good weekend.

The scale made me happy today, 159 but I bounce between 159 and 160 each time I weigh myself these days.
