Me: 177, up two pounds from last week. Not real happy about this, of course. Well, at least I know I'm fairly healthy. I had a doctor's appointment last week, and everything looks fine. My blood cholesterol level was something like 133, tryglicerides were 80. Apparently that's just fabulous. They told me to keep exercising. Ok then! My thyroid was a bit low, so maybe that could be an issue. Oh, I hope I get to blame my current stall on my thyroid!
Down 3lbs from last week!!!!!
Now in the 150's, and only 1.5lbs until 20 lost!

However these last few pounds i've actually felt bigger? I wonder if its the heat? Or that I'm trying to squeeze into smaller sizes? Or that I'm trying to squeeze into stuff right after a big meal in the heat ?? LOL
I'm up a pound and have been all week. It's so frustrating because I've stuck to my plan and gone beyond with exercise in the hopes of merely getting back to 155 - and optimally, would have been down to 153 / 154. Doesn't make sense to me. I guess I'll drop my cals even lower and live on eggs / tuna / chicken for a while until something good happens.
I'm down 4 lbs. this week to 196!!! This is my biggest drop in a while, I know it's because of the exercise, one thing I've learned along the way is that for me exercise seems to make way more of a difference than food for my weight loss.
I was 164 when I weighed myself this morning, though for all practical purposes, I'm still at 165. I've been at 165 for the last week and a half.... I hope something budges in the next couple days. If I hit 163 or lower, then it'll be worth marking my tracker
Down 1.2 lbs. since last week when I started to get on plan again.
I've been really 'off' so I'm pleased with the loss. I've been counting calories all week, eating clean, and exercising (at least 45 min of walking). I need to stick with it.

Sounds like a lot of you had progress this week. HOORAY.
I lost 1.4 pounds this week. Which i am happy with considering my poor eating habits over the past weekend, Fathers day was really bad. But i lost anyway. So woohoo.
Technically i was up 2 pounds this morning to 159 but i don't really count that because i was 157 for two days straight. My muscles are more sore than i realized also from wednesday's class, so i'm probably just retaining water. I know i didn't eat 7000 extra calories to gain 2 pounds of fat, so i am keeping my ticker at 157 and calling it even!! :-)
