I bought these gorgeous beefsteak tomatoes at a farmer's market yesterday I was thinking of doing them up in my grill pan and finishing them with some 2% mozz
My question How do you grill a tomato? slices? slice the whole thing in half?

I dont know how to grill them. I have broiled a slice topped with cheese. Yum.

Slices work best, I'd say about 1/2" in thickness, it will look like a tomato steak Beefsteak tomatoes are great when you grill them. Top them with a slice of mozz, a leaf of fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil, salt/pepper to taste. Super Yummy!!!
