Default Slim fast Optima Bars

Hi! Can someone help me I am doing Take off right now today and tomorrow and I am subing the juice and having oranges instead of drinking the juice, I seem to lose more when using the oranges then with the juice.
My question is are the slim fast optima snack bars comparible to the la lite bars? and if so how many do you have in the run of a day?

Thanks
Stacie Glenn

Stacie - The slim fast meal bars are too high in calories and the snack bars are too low. I would stick with the known substitutes (luna, kashi crunchy, pria complete) or even the new special k meal bars (not the snack ones) if you don't have the lites. Those are the most comparable.

If you do a search on the forum (or if someone here has their box of lites), check the nutritionals to see that you are getting something comparable. The lites have 160-180 calories and around 8g protein. I'm not sure of the other stuff. But you need to make sure your bars are around the same calories (for obvious reasons) and that they have a good amount of protein to keep you full.
