OH my goodness. I am SOOO glad that I passed on dessert last night. It was a HUGE HUGE brownie with hotfudge and icecream ball rolled in nuts. I am sure it was 1000 plus calories.

My best friend from high school's Brother has a colleg friend that's a juvenile diabetic. When they were in college someone ordered a Cheesecake from the Cheesecake factory for a birthday. The guy took one look at the nutrionals and said, "If you ever want to kill me, this would do it." To digest the amount of sugar in one slice, he would need 2 vials of insulin.

Needless, to say I've never wanted a slice from Cheesecake factory since.

I guess that's why I stick with my cheesecake flavored N/F yogurt.

Though lately it's been ice cream that I'm craving, thank goodness for the R/F Klondikes.
