Default High Calories of the right stuff...

I just did a caloric conversion of Freedom Plan per my weight which is high. It comes out to 2030 calories. I calculated it in points and it came out to 40.3 points to be exact. That's a lot of calories, no wonder I am feeling so good! All healthy food, no junk.

Anyways, this is day 3. I'm down 5 lbs. and feel really good today. Even my fingers feel more pliable. I know its water weight but I don't feel sleepy, moody or dizzy. I'm also happy to say something great this wonderful Thursday morning. I really like this group a lot.

Wooo-hooo! That's great! Isn't it exciting to know that you'll only be getting slimmer, feeling better, and looking foxier from here on out? And it sounds like you have found a plan that's comfortable for you and you can live with for the long-term! Perfect!
