I went looking for steel cut oats at the commissary today and all they had were the regular Quaker kind. Can I use those instead, on Phase 2?

Yes, you can use regular (old fashioned) oats. Just avoid quick and instant oats.

That's funny. I am up a lot at night, though, with this silly baby who doesn't want to sleep. I should just get up and post then, so I don't have a whole bunch of new things to read every morning!
