I did not expect this at all, but I am so nervous to move into Phase 2. For those of you who have done it in the past and have had troubles, please share what triggered you to go off plan, if you don't mind.
I know all of our bodies are different and what sets off your cravings may not be a problem for me, and vice versa, but I think it would be helpful to have an idea what to look out for - like having one of those big mirrors in the parking garage so you can see around a tight corner...

I lost 45 pounds once on the T-factor diet, then had two more babies and that came back plus more. Last year I tried SBD, and I really liked it, but I did what Betsy did and followed the book menu plan. Day 1 has you add a bowl of oatmeal, a cup of strawberries for breakfast, a pear in the afternoon, and more strawberries with chocolate after dinner! I didn't last too long after that. This time, things have gone much smoother. This forum is a great asset, with all the helpful tips and suggestions.
Also, sarcasm doesn't always work in the e-world, so I have to refrain (very difficult). It's gotten me in trouble before.
