As a start, my mini goal was just to see the number on the scale drop below 160. It's taken 6 days to do so. Guess my body was gonna do its damndest to hold onto the fat.

But i weighed in this morning and am 159. i know it's a very small achievement, but a pound is a pound nonetheless, so i'm happy.

Now i'll start setting goals in 5lb incriments.
