I have been using an eliptical machine for 2 weeks and worked up to 25 min. in the morning and 15 at night. I even moved up to level 2 but this morning I could hardly do 25 min of level !. Any idea what's happening?
When it comes to exercise, some days you'll just have more energy than others. It depends on many factors... how much sleep you had, TOM, how well or not well you've been eating... Don't worry too much about it unless it happens all the time...
