ahh! right now I have a bag of (healthy) vege-crisps in the pantry, and I want them so bad, BUT I know that if I open the (150g) bag to have 1 (20g) serving, I am going to be inclined to eat a lot more than the 1 serving, and in all honesty will probably eat the whole bag
I am trying so hard right now to not go in there and open them up!!!
I came online because i figure if i'm on here typing, my hands are busy and if I find something interesting enough, I might get side tracked....
