ahh! right now I have a bag of (healthy) vege-crisps in the pantry, and I want them so bad, BUT I know that if I open the (150g) bag to have 1 (20g) serving, I am going to be inclined to eat a lot more than the 1 serving, and in all honesty will probably eat the whole bag

I am trying so hard right now to not go in there and open them up!!!

I came online because i figure if i'm on here typing, my hands are busy and if I find something interesting enough, I might get side tracked....

did you manage to resist?

I had the same issue with free doughnuts at work yesterday.

I just kept thinking - if I eat one I will slow down my weight loss, is that what I really want? NO!!!!

I did resist the temptation!

... I admittedly did have a snack, but it was a healthier snack & less points - and I stayed within my points for the day, so I don't feel bad about it.. and why should I feel bad anyway!

I'm with you, Emma, sometimes when I am here typing messages to everyone it is with a glass of water beside me and my hands are busy so that I will resist.
Good job!
Sometimes foods call to us. I can't control everyone else in my household or in my "world" who can seemingly eat whatever they want or just don't care about what they eat. I can only control myself.
