Hi everyone!!

Im really excited I found this forum...I am truly ready to rid myself of these pounds. I have been on a weight roller coaster since my son was born..and am now almost as heavy as I was when I was 8 months pregnant with him...SIX years ago.

I am from Canada and excited to see so many people here..hope to get the support and tips that I need to succeed this time round.

Hi. I understand the roller coaster problem after kids. I am in the same boat. After my second I finally lost 40 pounds and then my family had a really hard year and I gained it all back. Now I am right back to where I was after my kids were born. OUCH! I am determined this time though. It is a lifestyle change and I am ready! That is what I keep telling myself anyway.

yep its a struggle for sure...I was at my smallest 120 lbs about 6 months after my son was born and since then have just let the weight creep on ...its been up and down since then...I hope with all the ideas here I can really get to a weight that makes me happy and feel healthy
