Talking How sweet it is!
I just completed week one with my new weight loss plan and I lost 8lbs! I know, I know, you always lose a lot the first week and it's not likely to happen again, but nevertheless -- I am thrilled! What an awesome feeling it is to know that all my hard work paid off. And let me tell you, with my crappy willpower, if I can do it ANYONE can!

That is super, Inadreem! I am happy for you and yes, even though we know all of those mean old poundies won't go as easily as these first ones, still ALL of them are important and it takes hard WORK to get rid of them! You are off to a great start and I am proud of you!

I see you also made it to Two Town with those 8 pounds! Yippeeeeeee! Keep up the good work!!

Those first pounds are GREAT motivation! Just don't get disappointed if it's less in later weeks, but YAY!!!
