Unhappy Ok so today is my first day that I have done horrible!!

Spent the day with DBF and we had a great day. He usually works every weekend when I am off. Lunch was good I had grilled chicken, steamed veggies and green beans. Not bad, but dinner was horrible!

I had salad, steamed veggies and then fried shrimp. We got to the resturant right before they were about to close and I thought we were getting the broiled plate but it wasn't. I felt really bad since it was about to close. So I ate the fried shrimp. Now my stomach is doing flips because I'm not used to eating this way.

What should I count the fried shrimp as? I know a protein and a fat but what else? I cannot believe how bad I messed up tonight!!!! GRRRRRRR

Don't beat yourself up. One slip-up doesn't mean failure. We all do it. I went nuts over cookies on Friday (good grief).

...and I ate Two Skinny Cow fudge bars AND 3 (THREE!) puddings after dinner - just 'cause they were there... ah well, tomorrow is another day!

Blah - I feel horrible - actually sick. Stupid stupid stupid... but we dust ourselves off... come on, shake it off!

Maybe add that as a starch too. The breading (they were breaded, right?) would be starchy.

Don't beat yourself up over it. You've done great so far and one little slip up shouldn't do too much damage. The key is to get right back on the program and continue on. What's done is done and there isn't much you can do about it now. ( I probably would have eaten it too considering they were about to close)

I agree with Lisa...I would count it as a protein, fat and starch. And don't beat yourself up over it. Even if you do see a slight gain on the scale, it will be gone in no time. Trust me...been there, done that.
