Question what to do

i have been reading and reading wow so much good info on here. after reading so many stories i just know i can do this again. but i just wont it too work i don't wanna keep doing this yo yo thing all the time. how do you know if you would be better off counting calories or low carb or low fat. i don't wanna lose weight the unhealthy way. before i did not really follow a real diet i just kinda did some parts from some of them. i did low carb but still eat carbs from good foods. i did not eat as much as i normally would. and sometimes if i did not wont breakfast or lunch i would drink a slim fast shake. and i stopped eating all sugar and drinking soda. so is it better to do what you know works or is one way better then the other. would love to hear your thoughts.

Default hello

It's hard to know what to do. I've done South Beach, Michael Thurman, Dr. Adkins, low cal hi fiber, you name it.
Tuesday I'm starting Weight Watchers because it just makes sense and I need the support.
Plus, I figure if I have to pay $, maybe I'll try harder.
