Gosh... that does seem odd. That's 22 pounds in a week, and seems like too much--especially given your current weight.
Well, could it be your scale is wrong? Or was wrong a week ago? Is it zero'ed correctly? Is the battery off, if it's a digital?
Could it be you were retaining a lot of water before you started drinking more?
If you check those things out and the loss doesn't seem to be an error, I'd check with your doctor. Some conditions can cause a large weight loss like that.
Sorry to put a damper on it, but not even on Biggest Loser do they drop that fast, and those people are much larger... So I just don't know!
