Question what type of granola do you get ?

This maybe the stupidest question yet!

i went to walmart looking and I looked forever and I could not figure out which one to get so I got none.

if you don't use granola what cereal do you use????

Hi Steph,
I use the Kashi Go Lean Crunch in my yogurt when I need a crunch. I haven't found a decent granola that didn't have a lot of fat.

I use the Kashi Go Lean Crunch as well. The yellow one, it's honey something or other. It's great in yogurt. Crunchy and sweet. I have pre-measured containers for on the go and just grab that and a individual yogurt for the days when there just isn't enough time to sit and eat.

If you add the Go Lean Crunch to your yogurt, what do you count it as? I don't think I'd add enough to my yogurt to count as a full starch. What do you think?

I use 3/4 c of cereal and a 6 oz yogurt and just count it as 1S and 1D. On the days were I need the extra starch (starch freak here) I count it as a CC (instead of 1c of cereal and 8 oz milk) and use a protein. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks for the cereal tip. I only plan to sprinkle the tip of it with it so I am going to mark it as half a starch . I only use a couple spoonfuls
