Red face ABS diet?

Anyone tried the ABS diet?
I am in phase 1 of fat smash, and I still feel fat. My BF has lost 10 pounds, and I may have lost 4 - I am so frustrated I want to cry. But I have 4 days left.
My problem area is belly, so I don't know if the ABS diet really works. ???

Not familiar with the ABS diet, but generally people (especially women) with less to lose just lose more slowly. Don't compare yourself to your BF as it's like apples & oranges. You've already made healthy (I presume) changes, and that's what matters.

What do you mean you have 4 days left?

Hey!

Hopefully some folks will be better able to reply to your questions--but weekends are sometimes slow around here.

Don't be discouraged! You're doing fine! And as rubberlegs said, don't compare to your BF. Everyone is different when it comes to weight loss.

Hi! I did do the abs diet. It was really good and you got to eat great food! my only problem was portion control. I do WW now bc that is what works best for me but I would look into the abs diet and see if its something you woould be interested in doing.

Phase 1 is 9 days, I am going to do 12, though. I am on day 6. And lost 3 measly pounds. Its awful! But I need to exercise more, I guess.

Hi

I have done the Abs Diet and I still follow it, It's not really a diet but a change in eating habits, I also cut out drinking beer (not completely) and took regular gym exercise which I now do at home, if you stick with it you will see results in time, it took 4 months for me to lose my belly, I can see my abs now, it was the first time I needed to lose weight and it was pretty hard as I craved pizza, chocolate, cakes etc.

One tip that really worked for me, if I felt hungry I would eat an apple and drink a pint of water, this stopped my hunger 99% of the time.
