Default For you hungry folks

Trader Joe's has fat free greek style yogurt which is now my breakfast dairy.

100 calories and a whopping 20 grams of protein. Delish mixed with berries. I have found this to be the most filling breakfast yet.

wow.. that's a lot of protein.. Is Trader Joe's the only place you can find it? What brand is it?

How does it taste by itself?

Well, yeah. It's Trader Joe's brand.

I think Whole Foods has Fage Greek Style Yogurt (Pronounced Fay yee). You may be able to get it at other markets, but being a calif girl these are my mainstay grocery stores.

No TJ's near you? That's tragic!

Oh! And it's very thick, much thicker than regular FF yogurt, and very tart. If you've strained yogurt through cheese cloth to make yogurt cheese, it's very siliar to that to me.

Well, there's one on the other side of town, but I don't care enought about their stuff to make the trip... ( I know, how awful of me! ) I know there's on Santa Fe that's not too far from my office though, so maybe during lunch one day I'll go over there to find the yogurt...
