i'm a young single mother, trying to lose some pounds..
while i was googling.. i found this website..
and i think it's great motivation...

i've lived in amsterdam my whole life, but recently moved to another city nearby...

en velveteen.. super veel succes gewenst met afvallen ik zie dat er al 7 kilo af is op naar de andere 14...
ik moet ook nog 20 kilo

Sarah, I work in Amsterdam... niet te geloven, he? elke dag van arnhem naar amsterdam... maar het is wel de moeite waarde... bedankt voor de wensen

I'm from the States originally, so forgive me if my Dutch isn't perfect

What plan are you using to lose weight? Anything in particular?

wow.. van arnhem elke keer naar amsterdam.. poeh he.

cool from the states.. i want to move to the states
i just don't know where yet.. where u originally from?(State i mean)

i'm not doing anything in particular.. i'm using my moms diet..
she's lost 60 KG exactly(132 lbs).. so that defenitly works

are u using a famous diet?..
aan het sonja bakkeren? hehehehe
