Iam still learning this computer stuff. But I wanted to share!!!!!!!
Back 2-months ago maybe a little longer, I had posted on this forum asking about a good diet plan. Between my work and everything else I don't get alot of time to work out. But any way I ramble sometimes Sorry.I ran into my girlfriend sue,who we both seek to looooooose weight. She ran into her girlfriend karen who started this new program,I never heard of it. So we wanted to talk to karen and we set up a lunch date. Sue was freaked out when we met her for lunch. Sue told me what karen had weighed and said she was HALF the size she use to be.So during our lunch-SALAD's.Karen told us she ran into a friend she's known for sometime Gail and couldn't believe her eyes and asked gail what she was doing to have lost what she did. Gail Started this program it's called Cinch inch loss plan.So us GIRL'S had to try it!!! We got a hold of gail through karen and did lunch. We got the plan and Both sue and I have never seen anything like this. Sue has lost 28inches and 42 pounds since then.I have LOST 24 INCHES and 38 POUNDS since I started
Iam so excited I CAN SEE MY FEET AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also my girlfriend Karen who was border line diebetic this plan brought her levels to normal the Doctor was freaked out and asked what she was doing and she told him.She said that he was so impressed that he was going to check into this plan for his patience. Any way Iam Rambling again.
Iam so excited about this. I will keep everyone posted on my progress..

Hello to all the girls.

Yes,I forgot to mention that this product is made by shaklee.I personally never heard of the company. All I know is that I was very Excited about my results and my girlfriends. I just wanted to share.
I personally have done most of the diets out here,to end up at square one again. All I know is that they did there research on this product.And yes you can ask for AND GET any DATA or the actual research data about how this stuff works. Unlike some companys that give you a song and dance.As the price its average cost. Heres a comparison sheet that was given to me.
All I know is this HELPED ME and I just wanted to share it with everyone.
IF I can find a product that will save my LIFE from potential dieing from a heart attack or from being dieabetic, Then yes Iam going to share my Results and my Excitement. The Gal Gail had also informed me that this product can help people who are close to being on insulin. Iam still reading the stuff she gave me. I work to much,no time. She said it regulates the levels,and gets it towards normal. So Iam sorry for sharing something that can save some fluffy people from dieing.
