I am under 250!! I was stalled for so long! I started walking the dog after dinner as well as doing my usual workout at the gym. My dog is happier, and so am I!!

My dog gets so excited when I put on my walking shoes. She follows me around the house until I get her leash off the hook and open the door. She is a great source of motivation for me! She helps me get going on nights I don't feel like walking.
