Default Hi Everyone!

Hi Everyone!!

I'm 36... soon to be 37... so I guess that this is where I belong!

a little about me...

I'm married and mom of a 13 year old boy. Both of my men are wonderful!! I couldn't ask for a better life!!

I've followed low carb off and on for the last 3 years... last time was in Dec of last year and got down to 152... then gained it all back again! I recently tried Weight Watchers but I think the fact that I was allowed to incorporate anything I want into the diet made me fall off plan because I went crazy and ended up eating everything in sight! So, here I am.. back to low carb. I know it works.. it works for me... I just fall off after a while so I'm going to try to make changes this time and pay more attention to what I'm adding back and when.

Look forward to chatting with all of you!!!

Welcome Mary! I've tried low-carb and it worked great for me in the past. Unfortunately, I got tired of eating the same stuff and starting cheating with sweets again. Best of luck to you ~ joan

Hi Mary I am also brand new to the 3fcs but not to dieting! I had the same problems with low carbs - I'd do really well and then get bored with the foods and end up blowing it on sweets and bread!! But I've been doing the South Beach and it is kinda a modified low carb. You basically cut out the bad carbs so you have so many more options than just low carb and for me, I haven't been bored.

Best of luck on your journey!

Hi Lil!!!

Welcome to 3FC's!!!! It's so nice to meet you!

I need to do the 2 week detox to get my body in that mode that I'm not craving anything anymore... the cravings had been bad lately!! But after the 2 weeks, I'm going to break out the South Beach diet and add things back slowly.

How long have you been doing SB?
