Chocolate Fudge Shake - Yum!
This recipe actually comes from my WW days. I sent it to the LA dietician for conversion. It is very good and easy to make.
Chocolate Fudge Shake
Ingredients:
2 tbsp sugar-free, fat-free chocolate fudge pudding mix (dry and un-cooked) or any flavor of your choice.
1 cup cold skim milk
About 1/2 cup ice cubes
Preparation:
Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth and thickened. (The bullet blender is awesome and quick for these shakes)
Makes: 1 serving
Serving size: 1 recipe
