Question Anyone use Kraft Fat Free Shredded Mozza?

Hey Guys and Gals...

I just got done measuring my mozzerella as a Dairy i get 2oz...well it seems like an awful lot on the scale( i was praying for it to be true!)...anyone know how much 2oz would be in a measuring cup? I am a CHEESE-A-HOLIC so i am very curious to see how much i really can have...Is there anyone on here who has cheese everyday? or should I use it in moderation?
i think 2 oz=56gms...but i would rather use a measuring cup...i'd feel more secure since my weight didnt budge at WEIGH IN today....Im wondering if my is off for weighing foods or something....
I know cheese is a great source of protein but how often should i have it....(i only wish i could everyday!Mmmmm)
im making strip loin steak, mushroom, green pepper and onion pita pocket for supper...
My COD today said i shouldnt eat starches at night...last night I had a biscotti....but they hadnt mentioned that on my 1st three visits...I guess I will learn more over time

Moderation is always best... FF or part skim is important, but at the same time, you have to try to use cheese that isn't processed..

There are things you'll learn over time... Starches are best if consumed with breakfast or lunch... That way your body has an easier time processing them.. That doesn't mean you can't have starches for dinner, just try not to do it on consecutive days, and make sure it's a lighter starch...

Ya lost me Dan. So we shouldn't get the pre-package Kraft RF cheese? If not what do we get? Are you talking deli cheese? Isn't all cheese processed? I don't think they have RF deli cheese do they?
