My aim is to get my degree finished without putting on any more weight. Have put on 3.5 pounds on in the last two weeks. However I'm trying to count points again now.
I'm giving myself a couple of aims - the first one is to lose another 1/2 stone and the second is to start doing some proper exercise - i genearlly walk and a bit of cycling but nothing routine - so by the end of June I am determined to have something more structured and definate!!
I sound so confident - i'll let you know how that carries on!!
i'm aiming to:
1) survive at work until i dont have to see my pupils anymore- 22nd june
2) fit into a pair of jeans
3) ideally lose at least 4kg
4) exercise 4 or 5 times a week with billy blanks!
5) drink LOTS of water
I'd like to lose half a stone in June, but it's definitely going to require commitment because my university term ends laster this month and I'm sure there'll be lots of temptation with all the partying!
As if that wasn't enough, I'm going to Spain at the end of the month to work as an au pair for two months, so I'm going to need to work out what I can eat over there, because the diet is very different, and find a cheap gym I can join for the two months.
I'm with most people - trying to lose 7lbs but 5lbs would make me happy. I'm also with bubbly on attempting to restart the exercise regime but I so hate it!
1) Survive at work until I dont have to see my pupils anymore- 15th June
2) Get back into good eating habits
3) Get back into daily exercise habits
4) Lose 8lbs
5) Drink enough water
