Single serving of oatmeal
1/4 c nonfat yogurt mixed with 1/2 c Fiber One and 1/4 c frozen blueberries
Baby Carrots
1/2 cup pinto/black beans
1/2 can green beans

Dana: I'm glad water works for you, but it has ALWAYS been a mystery to me because it doesn't work at ALL for me. In fact, if I drink too much I feel nauseated. I sure wish that it WOULD work since it is so good for me and no calories!

Pretty much this is what I like when I am hungry (not all together at once ):

1 or 2 cups of steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and kale are the ones I usually eat)

Lentil-veggie soup or other vegetable or bean/legume soup

High fiber apple spice bread (5 grams of fiber per slice) with sliced banana and almond or peanut butter

Chipotle-style bowl (black beans, rice, salsas, guacamole and lettuce)

Smoothie (just fruit and juice or soy milk with protein powder)
