Question I wish I could eat one more carb and 1 ??

I ate almost everything on the menu accept another veggie and none sound good to be honest. I so want to eat a bagel and I know I can not do it

I have one sample of a La Lite left and its lemon I really don't like it but I think I will down it maybe my carb desire will go away.
Dh deicded to follow along with me and took a bar my last favorite on ( carmel). I am going tommorow to do a weigh in again, hoping I lost something this next visit. I know i wil not always lose but it was a bummer still.

I did that lemon and hot water last night, seemed to of worked. Dh did it also.

How often can you do that??? i was going to do it again tonight so I am not bound up and I lose all unwanted water for tommorow.

I did the lemon and water last night too. It was pretty nasty. I think I put too much lemon in it. lol I got it down though. Today when I weighed in (I go 3 times a week) I had only lost .2 of a pound. I wish I wasn't so impatient. I know it's still a loss but I really wanted to see a pound. Probably too much to ask since I only last weighed in on Monday.

As far as I know, the HLW can be consumed whenever you feel like it...

Good job on resisting the carbs.. It really makes a difference early on in the plan.

The carmels are the best lites out there, as far as I'm concerned and considering how many times our COD was out of them, they are just about everyone else's favorites too...

I kept myself busy all night with the baby, and dh came home and ate in the other room so I was not drooling over his plate!

So glad I did not give in NOW. I guess my will power was better then I thought. I had noone here to see I did not raid the cabinet and I did not do it. Dh and 3 kids went to the ball game to see dad play.

Steph and Lisa--I don't really like straight HLW--I either add a splenda packet or just add lemon to Crystal Lite lemonade--both are much easier to take. I think you can have it whenever you want--I'm sure there are people you drink it daily.

Steph--you might try keeping low sodium V-8 around. I hated it at first--don't really like many veggies--now I love V-8 and it's not hard to drink 4 oz. for that last vegetable and so much better than breaking down and having the bagel--or something worse!

Good luck--you are both doing great. The patience is frustrating but know as long as you are doing this right the weight will continue to drop. maybe (probably) not at the rate we WANT but our bodies know what's best for us.
