Default Recipe Software - anyone use it?

I'm looking at getting recipe, menu and shopping software.

I found this as shareware: "Now You're Cooking"

I also saw "Cook'n" - their website was really nice.

Has anyone used these before? I really want software that is geared toward more healthy foods. The "Cook'n" one included Taste of Home recipes. I have a TOH cookbook, and I have to say that most of their recipes are too unhealthy to eat on a regular basis.

Thanks - I'm trying desperately to simply for life, and meals and the planning they require is one area where I waste a lot of time and money.

I use Mastercook. It has the Cooking Light cookbooks, Betty Crocker's Healthy Cooking, and others. I love it.
