Lightbulb Kick it up a notch!!!!

Well, it's time to take this to a different level for me. I've been on a plateau for awhile and I'm sick of it. I gain and lose the same 1 or 2 pounds and it's been happening since March.

I'm already on other threads here and I love them.
This thread is reserved for posting things that you have done that are taking your "normal" weight watcher's efforts to a different level. It's kind of like posting NSVs (non scale victories) but it's more for posting KBT (Kick Butt Things!!!).
What did you do today that took your efforts to a new or different level?
Did you FINALLY have a perfect day on your tracker?
Did you FINALLY write down everything, even the BLTs (bites, licks and tastes)
Did you exercise and put more effort into it?
What are your plans? What can be done to supercharge your efforts?
Tell us so we can all take it up a notch and do a better job!
I'm really mad at myself. I want to do this, get it done and stay there, I'm so sick of the same old plateau of gaining and losing the same pound for MONTHS!
HELP!!!!!!

I'm doing Flex now, but will do CORE after school gets out (in about two weeks) so my daughter will do it with me (she is also in WW with me). It will be easier with two of us eating the same foods in the house.
8 hghs? Not sure what you mean by that Andrea? Do you mean milks, veggies, all the boxes at the bottom of the tracker? I generally meet those about 5 out of 7 days.
Weeks where I think I will lose, I gain. Weeks that I blow it, I sometimes lose. I've stepped up my exercise as well over the last two weeks or so.
I drink all my water.
I need to find something to take it to a different level.
I'm debating trying to either add or gain a point a day to see if that makes a difference. I've heard of some people not eating enough food (though I doubt that is my problem). I've also heard of some who drop a point and find that is what it takes. However, I only get 20 per day as it is and that is a pretty small amount of food.
I'm going to try to stay really focused.

My kick it up a notch items for today:

1. I weighed and measured more than usual
2. All the healthy guidelines are checked off on my tracker
3. All my waters are "in"
4. Planning the treadmill right after dinner, will do some incline stuff and maybe sweat a bit
5. Journaling on this web site to be accountable to my peers (on another thread)

What are YOU doing today to kick your weight loss efforts up a notch?

Great thread Linda,
I have got all my waters in,
Checked off all boxes in my tracker.
Ran 5k
Walked over 14,000 steps.
I am going to get a good night sleep.
Tomorrow I will weigh and measure everything., not just what I am unsure of.

Way to go, Ann!
Andrea, I have an incline capability on my own treadmill too, and I used it for a change tonight!
We can do this!

Good luck today on kicking it up a notch Linda and Andrea. As I posted on the other thread I will add an additional 5,000 steps to my walking.
Have a great day.

Well, I have yet to decide what I will do today to take my efforts to a different level, but I shall try something different.
I am thinking about food choices. One thing my leader has mentioned is that we need to "mix it up a bit" when we are on a plateau. She suggests changing what we habitually gravitate to for eating.
I shall have to give this some thought. I, especially, have the same foods for breakfasts.
I vow to get on that treadmill today. I sure wish I had a good buddy with a pool (not that it will be warm enough today anyway) but I would very much like to find a place to swim regularly. If I had a friend who had a pool, I'd even contribute to their upkeep (chemicals are expensive) and maybe skim it for them while I was there.

Well, here I am again posting. I did 20 abdominal crunches this morning before my shower and a few triceps and bicep curls as well.
I also am making (in my crock pot right now) a quadruple recipe of the WW Garden Vegetable Soup. I'm hoping that wonderful 0 point soup will keep me on track with my eating a bit better? It's helped me before. That soup, popcorn and water are my salvation at times.
