I am no longer a 150 something pound person. I've hit the 140's. I know I'm just barely in them, but I can't help but look ahead to the NEXT decade - the 130's. Mindblowing.
WTG Robin! You'll be out of "overweight" and into "normal" BMI in no time! Too bad the BMI doesn't take into account all that MUSCLE you're carrying around from your highest weight + further training, and just assumes it's fat! But we can look at your current pics, and know you're BETTER than normal !
(Sorry, my official WI is every 2 weeks, so don't get to post here usually. Unofficially though, yesterday's scale read 190 - so I'm finally just overweight, no longer obese, by BMI calculator. Hard to believe!)
I'm down 1 pound. It was actually better on Friday at my unofficial "sneak peak", but I'll stay with it. I haven't been exercising this weekend and that might have something to do with it. But I'll take my 1 pound loss any day!
I am still in the habit of jumping on every day which annoys me,I can't stop!
I am down 21 in 6 weeks. I really think I am going to succeed THIS time!
My motto is I'd rather starve to death than exercise but my husband has taken up biking (with leg power) seriously and I joined him yesterday. We went 3 miles vs his normal daily 20. It's a start!
Hello all, been away for a few weeks but am back on track. I am down 2 this week from my previous weigh in. That is a miracle in itself.
I would like to say congrats to all you loosers! Robin, you will be at your goal in no time! You are an inspiration as it was you who recommended this board to me in January when I was just starting.
Well, after having a bad case of the flu, I am down to 244. I don't know if I should wait till the end of the week to weigh in, due to the fact this may be all water weight. I guess for now I'll take it. Though I do wish it was from diet and exercise instead of being sick
Down another 2.5 pounds!!!! It should be more, but I was rather lazy in terms of exercise last week. I really, really, really hate exercising. It's a new week, so I won't dwell on past mistakes...hopefully, I will have even better news to report next week.

I'm being a real chicken and waiting a week to weigh myself. I've messed up so much that I cannot bear to look. Hopefully I'll have good news next Monday.
