Default Starting Sonoma on Saturday Morning

Hi Everyone!

I am going to be starting Sonoma on Saturday morning and was hoping that you might have some tips for success? My fiance and I will be doing it together, which will help, but I am curious how other people made it work and what kind of results people are seeing?

Thanks!

Make it through the first 10 days and you will be doing fine. The first week or so you will go through some nasty withdrawals. It will be miserable. After that you start to feel great. It is amazing after that. The key to survival. You have a fairly substantial list. Don't focus on what you can't have focus on all that you can have. It is a lot and you can really make some great meals out of it. Over cook in the evenings. I am busy all day and having to prepare a lunch is a pain especially since I live 15 minutes from work. If you prepare extra at dinner when you have a little more time to cook you can reheat for lunch and be doing well. You will see a lot of results it will be great.
