I lost 4 last week.
Prior to that, it had been a couple of weeks. I have not yet hit a plateau. When I stall, I know it's my own fault (not necessarily saying this is the case for you) - I've eaten crap that week, usually. Or had a huge meal the night before weigh-in. I'm dreading the day that I weigh in after having done everything right and don't see a loss on the scale.
