I'm moving at the end of this month and this is always a struggle for me. I hate wasting so I find I'm more likely to binge so that I dont have to throw out anything. It's so ridiculous to think like that. I've been telling myself each time not to but it's a huge urge. I'm really excited to start fresh in my new home with all new groceries! Sounds a bit nuts but when I started getting food for my current place, I bought stuff because it was on sale and this was prior to my new food attitude (not having triggers in the house, less sauce on foods, etc).
So I'm just picturing my new cupboards and new fridge with my healthy food and since I will be living alone rather than with two other roomates who eat treats practically all day long, there will be less feeling deprived and more being happy with the food I get to choose from.

I can't wait!
