Question Walk Slim question

I'm a big fan of Leslie Sansone and have quite a few of her workouts. I was wondering if the Walk Slim series is significantly different from her "more challenging" workouts (4 mile challenge and 5-mile walk). I really like the faster miles because they're more challenging.

I like the Walk Slim series, but it's about the same as the 5 mile Adv. dvd. The 2 mile has jogging intervals, the 3 mile does not, and the 4 mile has the jogging intervals. The music is upbeat and alot of fun. I did them alot when I first got them, but I've slacked off and not used them very much in the last month or so. Someone on the Leslie board said they were going to be available on amazon.com and Wal-mart was going to have them also. I bought the set from Leslie's website for 39.95 + about $10 shipping. There is a firming dvd, but it's only about 30 minutes. Not enough firming for me.
They are lot of fun and if you're tired of doing the same old walks, then you'd probably like it.
Take care, Donna
