im watching this infomercial now.. havent seen the cost, but I can definitely see where this would work! Im sure its expensive though because you have to buy the "bar" contraption. Ok its 4 monthly payments of 39.95, 30 money back guarantee.... totally thinking about trying it..lol Time to send a text to the FH lol to see if I can get approval ( not that I need it)

I don't know, it reminded my of Callanetics which I found soooo boring! That's what kept me from ordering it. But I was tempted - infomercials are dangerous!

I read some reviews that said you could get the same workout with the back of a chair

Here is a link to an earlier discussion about it

You should look into "The Squeeze". It is similar to The Bar Method, Callanetics, Fluidity, etc. Just a lot funner, a lot lesser price, and a really good intense workout.

Hi..I am new here. I bought the fluidity bar about two months ago. I started the workout and really liked it. Then I went to move the bar and it slipped and fell down on my right foot.{it is heavy..like 50 LBs. +} It has been very painful, swelling, and some nerve damage.Naturally this was the end of my workout..my dog-walking..and all forms of exercise while I healed my foot. I am now happy to say that I am down to maybe two advil a day instead of 3 advil & 3 tylenol every few hours, like I was taking for a while. I am going to start back today with my walking & exercise on the fluidity bar.
