Hi , I’m new but I would like to offer a challenge…here it is:
Starting: May 17th
Ending: June 1st (this is giving you a little time to prepare)
You must:
1. work out ½ hour a day- 4 days a week (any 4 days you want)
2. you can't eat after 8:30pm (unless you work midnights)
3. you can't eat in front of the T.V, in your car or reading.
4. you must report to the form every day (or as much as you can) to tell us “what was your biggest obstacle of the day"….
For example; my biggest obstacle was not eating dinner in front of the tv with my spouse, I asked him if we could eat in the dinning room, he said “no” so I ate alone.
Sometimes your biggest obstacle might not have anything to do with the challenge, like: I told my Mom I was losing weight, so she made my favorite dish, is she trying to sabbatosh (sp?) me?
At the end of the month we will report our weight loss…we should see some tickers move! If this works, ill do one next month…if it doesn’t, at least we tried! Even if one person joins I know we can do this together, but I’m hoping for a few!
