Hi, I thought I was doing so great today, my son cooked a wonderful breakfast for Mother's Day. I was watching what I ate and only had what I thought was a little bit of a few items

until I counted up the points. I follow WW , but no longer go to meetings. Oh my goodness

I had consumed 16 points. It just goes to show that keeping track really makes a difference. I came home exercised and had a salad for dinner. I hope I can keep this up.
